Men, We Need to Talk.

Men, we need to talk. About our attitudes toward women. About our deep, unconscious beliefs we hold about ourselves and our fellow female human beings. We need to learn how to deal with our stresses, our feelings, our pains and our passions. We need to learn to recognise and govern our egos, especially our dark sides.

We can be good men. We can be wonderful men. We can support and challenge each other to be our best selves, and more.

I’m really excited to be facilitating a workshop at Manshine 2015!

This retreat is a unique opportunity for men to come together to celebrate, reflect, grow and most of all, be themselves. The theme for this year is “Welcome Home”.

My workshop will focus on men being “At Home in Your Body”. Here’s a taste:
