Usually semi-guided, the content may range from chakra awareness to conscious creating, breathwork, mantra, physical healing and more.

Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

Meditating with a group has many benefits:

  • Gain insight from other meditators
  • You’re more willing to do it
  • You feel more like it’s normal to meditate!

It’s best to have a light dinner and avoid caffeine & alcohol beforehand.

Casual attendance is welcome, no need to book.
