Weekly Group Meditation

A weekly group to help build and refine your meditation practice.

Generally these simple meditations are semi-guided, with time for you to drop more deeply into your practice. The content is guided by the people present, and may range from chakra awareness to breathwork, mantra, visualisation, body healing and more.

Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

Meditating with a group has many benefits:

  • General support from a small community
  • Gain insight from other meditators
  • You’re more willing to do it
  • You feel more like it’s normal to meditate!

It’s best to have a light dinner and avoid caffeine & alcohol beforehand.

Casual attendance is welcome, no need to book.
