Men, we need to talk. About our attitudes toward women. About our deep, unconscious beliefs we hold about ourselves and our fellow female human beings. We need to learn how to deal with our stresses, our feelings, our pains and our passions. We need to learn to recognise and govern our egos, especially our dark sides.
We can be good men. We can be wonderful men. We can support and challenge each other to be our best selves, and more.
Here are a few dance class styles I would suggest for getting into dance as a means of self-awareness and self-healing. All of these are available in Brisbane (and possibly surrounding areas).
