Men, we need to talk. About our attitudes toward women. About our deep, unconscious beliefs we hold about ourselves and our fellow female human beings. We need to learn how to deal with our stresses, our feelings, our pains and our passions. We need to learn to recognise and govern our egos, especially our dark sides.

I’m currently taking a 9-month hiatus from offering therapy sessions.
This is to give myself time for some personal development I’ve been meaning to do for a while; also to work on rebranding my business, as well as preparing for new directions I want to take it in.
When was the last time you took a substantial amount of time for yourself? I mean, the kind of time that, when you make the decision to take it, causes a wave of relief and gratitude to flow through you? I find that sometimes, it’s worth investing time in deeper replenishment, or changes, in order to move forward with renewed vitality and clarity. Perhaps it’s time to put your deeper wellness first?
So I’ll be available again in April 2019. In the meantime, if you’d like to find a similar therapist who might work well for you, click here.
