Cancellation Policy (Courses)

As a course attendee, Best Ever Health Therapies values your time and financial investment in its courses. The purpose of this policy is to establish a relationship of mutual honouring and respect between Best Ever Health Therapies (BEHT) and its students, with regard to the booking and attending of training courses.

  1. In the handling of course bookings and cancellations, BEHT may nominate an authorised representative to act on its behalf.
  2. When registering for a specific course, prospective students shall be made aware of the terms of this cancellation policy.
  3. Given that the student has been made aware of this policy, enrolment in the course indicates the student’s agreement to be bound by this policy.
  4. Where a deposit is taken as a condition of the enrolment, this shall generally be non-refundable, except where otherwise specified in the published course information.
  5. The Commitment Period for courses shall be specified in the published course information.
  6. Registrations made within the Commitment Period, shall be confirmed with the student as binding at the time of enrolment; and the student shall be notified that, should he/she subsequently cancel, BEHT reserves the right to retain the full amount of any fee(s) paid.
  7. If a student chooses to cancel their course enrolment, he/she must notify either BEHT or its representative by email.
  8. If notice of a cancellation is given prior to the Commitment Period, BEHT shall refund the course fee(s) paid, less any deposit paid as a condition of the enrolment.
  9. If notice of a cancellation is given within the Commitment Period, BEHT reserves the right to retain the full amount of any fee(s) paid by the student.
  10. Students shall be responsible for attending the course on the set dates and times. No reminders are given for courses.
  11. If the student fails to attend the course on any set course date(s), BEHT reserves the right to retain the full amount of any fee(s) paid by the student.
  12. In case of a student failing to attend the course on any set course date(s), BEHT shall endeavour to contact the student to determine the reason for his/her non-attendance.
  13. Fee(s) paid may be refunded, in part or full, on compassionate grounds, especially in circumstances that are beyond the student’s control. This shall be solely at BEHT’s discretion.
  14. Fee(s) paid may be refunded, in part or full, for any other reason, at BEHT’s discretion.
  15. If any part of this policy is unclear to the prospective student, the student shall contact BEHT for clarification before proceeding with course enrolment.
