The Core of Your Good Self

Do you know these muscles? Together they’re known as your “core stabilisers”, because they provide a supportive girdle that wraps right around your middle.

We’ve all seen photos of the classic six-pack, and sure, it looks fit.

But psychosomatically, these muscles play a much more important role than looking good.

When activated properly, they provide a somatic feedback that tells your brain, “I support my identity and I feel good about myself.”

How cool is that?

So don’t skip your regular body-care – be it the gym, yoga, running or whatever – it could literally make the difference to your self-esteem!
